(Bismarck, ND) — Ethics Commission member Murray Sagsveen is withdrawing his application for another term. Sagsveen sent his withdraw letter to Governor Kelly Armstrong last week after the selection committee had been deadlocked over his reappointment. The position has to be agreed on unanimously. His term ended on August 31st but he continued to serve while the commission worked to fill other vacancies. He will continue to serve until the commission fills his seat.
