(Wilton, ND) — A man pleaded not guilty to attempted murder and other charges on Monday. Joseph Misa is accused of kicking in a door and stabbing a man in the head and throat. He’s also accused of threatening the man’s wife and stealing a rifle from the home before he left. Misa faces six other charges in addition to attempted murder. He remains in custody and his trial is scheduled to begin in March.
