(Undated) — Much of northeastern South Dakota will be under a Winter Storm Watch tomorrow. The National Weather Service says there could be blizzard conditions starting Thursday morning in Clark, Day, Marshall and Roberts Counties. Residents there can expect up to one inch of snow with wind gusts as high as 55 miles per hour. The watch is in effect from Thursday morning through the afternoon.
