(Pierre, SD) — South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden will take part in a Menorah lighting ceremony today at the state capital. Tonight will be the fourth night of Hannukah. Rabbi Mendel Alperowitz will join the governor for today’s ceremony in the capitol rotunda.
