(Sioux Falls, SD) — Police say a man is under arrest after a Tuesday morning standoff in Sioux Falls. The man was allegedly threatening to burn down his home while he livestreamed on Facebook. He also claimed to have a gun, waved a knife during the livestream and lit some objects on fire. Officers finally arrested Mohamed Mansarry at his residence after he refused to come out. He’s facing charges that include making a terroristic threat and possession of a controlled substance.
