(Sioux Falls, SD) — Charges are being filed against a man who police say made arson threats Tuesday morning on Facebook. According to the report, 28-year-old Sioux Falls resident Mohamed Mansarry livestreamed his threat to burn down a building while showing a knife and claiming to have a gun. Police tracked him down and arrested him after a standoff. Mansarry faces charges including making terroristic threats.
