(Bismarck, ND) — Denver-based Oak View Group will be the new third-party operator of the Bismarck Event Center. City commissioners voted 4-1 on Tuesday to begin negotiations with the group, which will act as a liaison between venue management and the Bismarck City Commission. They will also provide oversight to the Belle Mehus Auditorium.
