(Rapid City, SD) — A Rapid City woman has been sentenced to 14 years in federal prison for distributing meth. The Justice Department says Ruth Kazmer was sentenced Monday following her conviction for conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. The 60-year-old Kazmer financed shipments of the drugs, which ended up being sold in Rapid City and surrounding areas.
