(Bismarck, ND) — Governor Kelly Armstrong says a tax credit will help 150-thousand homeowners in North Dakota. About 50-thousand homeowners will have no taxes at all, while another 95-thousand will see a reduction by about 16-hundred dollars. About 30-percent of homes in the state are eligible for the tax credit. Armstrong says the package is historic and something the state can build on in the future. Homeowners must apply to receive the Primary Residence Credit either online or by phone.
