police

(Valley City, ND) — Police are searching for a hit-and-run suspect after finding a man dead on I-94. North Dakota Highway Patrol says they received calls on Saturday night about a man walking along the Interstate but when they approached him, he refused assistance. They found the man dead around 2:30 p.m. Sunday in a ditch with fragments of a car that indicated a hit-and-run. His body was found about eight miles west of Valley City. Police say a large portion of a bug deflector was found damaged at the scene and the suspect’s car could be damage to the front or drivers side.
