(Bismarck, ND) — Homeowners whose primary residence is in North Dakota can soon apply for a property tax credit. The Primary Residence Credit gives homeowners a chance to apply for up to 16-hundred-dollars against their property tax due. Anyone who owns a house, mobile home, town home, duplex, or condo are all eligible to apply. The application, which opens on January 1st, can be found on Tax.ND.gov/PRC [[ tax-dot-N-D-dot-gov-slash-P-R-C ]].
