(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Mitchell man is sentenced yesterday to spend 15 years in federal prison for making child pornography. A U.S. District Court judge handed Mark Gullings to also forfeit property and register as a sex offender. Documents say Gullings took images while the victim was in the bathroom from 2019 to 2024.
