(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Mitchell man has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison after his conviction on a child porn charge. Forty-four-year-old Mark Gullings was also sentenced Monday to five years of supervised release. He was found guilty of using his cell phone in 2022 to photograph a minor female in a bathroom. The girl was living at Gullings’ house and was under his care.
