(Grandin, ND) — Farmer Ross Lockhart says he’s running for a seat in the North Dakota Legislature. Lockhart is running as a Democrat from Grandin to represent District 45 in the state House. The district covers northeast Cass County and parts of north Fargo and West Fargo. He is attempting to unseat two Republican incumbents in Carrie McLeod and Scott Wagner who ran unopposed in 2022. Lockhart says health care, housing and child care costs are going to be the main areas of focus in his agenda.
