Grand Forks Children’s Museum Receives Quarter-Million-Dollar Grant

(Grand Forks, ND) — Grand Forks Children’s Museum is building a new facility thanks to a 250-thousand-dollar grant. The museum was presented with a check from Northern Plains Rail Services earlier this month through an anonymous match program. The money will go to designing a train experience in the land exhibit portion of the museum. It will help teach children about transportation, infrastructure and how communities stay connected. The Grand Forks Children’s Museum is one of two children’s museums in the state.
