(Sioux Falls, SD) — Officials say a former South Dakota DMV employee has been indicted in a massive child porn case involving at least 50 victims. Sixty-eight-year-old Mark Rathbun of Aberdeen faces 85 counts, including possession of child porn and computer-generated sexual images. Some victims whose driver’s license photos were allegedly stolen were also depicted in computer-generated images. Investigators are still reviewing dozens of electronic devices and plan to notify more victims. Rathbun could face up to 395 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
