(Minot, ND) — The National Bridge Inventory says the 3rd Street bridge in Minot need repairs. The bridge received a rating of “poor” by the organization despite undergoing a series of repairs over the summer. Officials say more work is needed to fix the 90-year-old steel bridge in downtown Minot. Engineers proposed four categories of repairs to city leaders that expand over a ten-year timeline. The repairs could cost anywhere between six-to-twelve-million dollars and city council members will discuss the next steps of the repair process in the spring.
