(Watertown, SD) — A Watertown woman is behind bars for allegedly stabbing a man in the chest. The incident happened on Sunday around 1:45 p.m. when a 30-year-old man was dropped off at an emergency room with the wound. Officials say he’s in serious, life-threatening condition. Investigators say the stabbing happened at a home in southwest Watertown. Melody Harless was arrested for the stabbing and was taken to the Codington County Detention Center where she’s being held without bond.
