(Sioux Falls, SD) — The masterplan for the Falls Park development project is now public after a presentation on Wednesday. Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation hosted the meeting at Falls Overlook Cafe, outlining details on improving safety, river water quality, traffic circulation and more. Renderings and concept plans were presented during the meeting. Developers say the total price tag for the improvements could range from 90-million to 130-million dollars. Parks and Rec officials say its the most ambitious plan the department has ever had.
