(Rapid City, SD) — A rally called “Love Melts ICE” saw dozens of protesters outside City Hall in Rapid City. The peaceful demonstration was held on Saturday for the death of Renee Good who was killed by an ICE agent in Minneapolis. Organizers say they’re worried a similar incident could happen closer to home. One of the organizers with Indivisible Rapid City said she’s worried that it looks like the administration is using escalating tensions as an excuse to increase violence.
