(Bismarck, ND) — Continental Resources founder Harold Hamm says his company is planning to halt drilling in the Bakken. Hamm told Bloomberg it would be the first time in more than 30 years he would stop drilling in North Dakota. He says the decision is based on the price of crude oil. He claims at the current rate of production, producers need to sell their product at 58-dollars a barrel to break even.
