Two Rounds Of Snow Starting Tuesday To Bring Bitter Cold

(Bismarck, ND) — Forecasters are expecting snow to blanket North Dakota starting on Tuesday. Most of the state is expected to receive one-to-two inches with the Bismarck-Mandan area expecting two-to-three. Wind gusts could reach as high as 45 mph and are expected to bring a second round of snow on Wednesday. An arctic cold front will follow the heavy snowfall. The high temperatures in Bismarck on Friday is expected to be minus-five degrees. Overnight lows in northern portions of the state could reach minus-35.
