(West Fargo, ND) — West Fargo Police say ICE agents were active in the city on January 15th. The police department told the Forum that agents requested use of their parking lot for that one day only. Police Chief Pete Nielsen said at a City Commission meeting on Monday he didn’t know what ICE used the parking lot for and there was no request to collaborate on operations. Nielsen added that he did not know what the nature of their activities were. He said its not uncommon for other agencies to use their parking lot upon request.
