(Bismarck, ND) — There’s one approval left before Bis-Man Transit can implement changes to its service hours. This comes after the Bis-Man Transit Board approved the service hour changes on Thursday. Bismarck city commissioners will consider a final approval in February before the changes take effect in April. It’s expected to cost the city between 900- to 950-thousand dollars as ridership grew by about two-point-five percent last year. The service would operate from 6:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 7:00 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturdays. The service doesn’t operate on Sundays.
