(Rapid City, SD) — Sanford Health is adding 16 new physicians to its expanding healthcare coverage in South Dakota. The providers specialize in gastroenterology, dermatology, optometry, ophthalmology, family medicine and general surgery. They are expected to start working this spring out of the Sanford Black Hills Medical Center campus in Rapid City. Denny Sanford provided a 300-million-dollar gift to establish the campus in November. Formal notifications will be sent to patients before they start.
