(Minot, ND) — The Scandinavian Heritage Association says they are standing by their cause despite the Norsk Hostfest cancellation. Leaders with the organization say support is more important now than ever. The organization acts as an umbrella for other Scandinavian groups specific to the countries of Norway, Sweden and Finland. SHA leaders told the Minot Daily News they, “remain passionate and enthusiastic, whatever the future holds.” The organization announced last week they would not host the annual Norsk Hostfest celebration due to financial considerations.
