Measles Infection Detected In Williams County

(Williston County, ND) — The Department of Health says a person in Williams County is being treated for measles. It’s the first case of measles reported in the state this year. A Department of Health and Human Services spokesperson says the individual was not vaccinated and is from out of state. Last year there were 36 cases of measles reported in North Dakota. They were the first cases reported in the state since 2011.
