(Trenton, ND) — The multi-billion dollar gas-to-liquid plant in Williams County is moving forward. Cerilon’s President and CEO told a committee with the Clean Sustainable Energy Authority last week that permitting is done and most agreements have been finalized. Although the timeline of the project was not discussed, construction is expected to start in 2028. Upon completion, the plant will be able to convert natural gas into various products like sulfur diesel. They say the project will provide numerous benefits locally and at the state level.
