(Minot, ND) — Two major additions at North Dakota state parks are on the verge of opening. Rough Rider State Park is adding an expansion to its campground that will double the amount of sites, provide more amenities and add a permanent office building. Pembina Gorge State Park is getting an entirely new campground. The campground will have 50 RV sites and is expected to eventually have overnight cabins. Both projects are expected to be finished in late spring or early summer.
