(Santa Clara, CA) — A South Dakota native is now an NFL champion. Seattle Seahawks left guard and Pierre native Grey Zabel helped his team defeat the New England Patriots 29 to 13 in Super Bowl 60. Zabel was part of the unit that opened blocking lanes for eventual Super Bowl MVP Kenneth Walker the Third to rush for 135 yards. Zabel, who played collegiately up north at North Dakota State, was selected 18th overall in the 2025 draft.
