(Sioux Falls, SD) — A former day care worker is pleading guilty to three counts of child abuse. Chelsea Struss was originally charged with 18 counts but took a deal to reduce the number down to three. A ten-minute instance of the abuse was caught on camera and showed to the parents. One of the parents said she immediately rushed to the day care to pick up her child as soon as she saw the video. Struss could be sentenced to up to five years in prison.
