(Minot, ND) — A man is facing charges for allegedly ramming his car into another vehicle. Timothy Kalmar is being charged with terrorizing, aggravated assault and aggravated reckless driving. Two women were injured in the incident. Kalmar’s vehicle was found with a gunshot in the windshield. He claims he was being shot at and intentionally collided with the other vehicle to defend himself. Investigators believe the gunshot happened after the crash, not before it.
