(Fargo, ND) — North Dakota State is agreeing to a small sum of the Mountain West’s media right package. The school will join the conference as a football-only member no later than July 1st. NDSU could receive up to 75-percent of a full member’s share in the first year of their deal and 85-percent for the remaining years. Legacy members of the conference are set to receive about three-point-five million annually in media right dollars. Part of the contract between the school and conference would award NDSU a one-million-dollar bonus for an appearance in the College Football Playoff.
