(Minot, ND) — Minot City Council is approving plans for a new Water and Sewer Department building. The building is expected to cost about three-point-five-million dollars. Plans include the demolition of the existing building and construction of the new facility. The new facility was approved as part of the 2025 Capital Improvements Plan.
