(Rapid City, SD) — Black Hills Energy is conducting a Public Safety Power Shutoff on Tuesday. The PSPS is scheduled for Edgemont, Provo and Ardmore from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All three areas are experiencing high fire-risk conditions. The Grey Rock Fire has already burned 58 acres just outside Custer in the Black Hills. Residents are being encouraged to stay clear of power lines and immediately call 9-1-1 if any have been downed in your area.
