(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck day care worker is pleading guilty to injuring a child in her care. Angela Kunz acknowledged in court on Tuesday a jury would likely convict her. The charges were made after a child returned home from KinderKidz with a bruise on his leg after he was grabbed by Kunz. Surveillance video allegedly showed Kunz using unnecessary force while handling the child. Sentencing will be set at a later date.
