(Custer County, SD) — Severe winds are wrecking havoc on South Dakota highways. Two semi-trucks were blown off the road in Custer County on Tuesday. They both happened on Highway 79 with the first truck getting flipped on its side, blocking the northbound lanes near mile marker 44. The other happened near mile marker 54 but was not blocking the highway.
