(Bismarck, ND) — Winter storm warnings and advisories are in place throughout North Dakota. Minot and Williston are under a Winter Storm Warning through midnight on Wednesday night. Forecasters are expecting three-to-eight inches of snow in the area and winds as high was 45 MPH. Wind and Winter Weather Advisories are in effect for the areas of Bismarck, Mandan, and Dickinson. Those areas are expecting up to four inches of snow.
