(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota is reporting 14 cases of measles so far in February. The number comes after a second outbreak of the disease in the state this year. The new outbreak is almost exclusively contained to Pembina County with 12 cases. One case is confirmed in Walsh County and another in Williams County. The state recorded 36 confirmed cases of measles in 2025 with most coming in Williams County.
