(Lennox, SD) — The city of Lennox is exploring the possibility of building a data center. The City Council approved a 25-thousand dollar budget for a feasibility study on the matter. It will include sections on infrastructure, community and commercial impacts. Community member Scott Sandal was chosen as a consultant for the study after his experience helping the town of Yankton with its feasibility study. Sandal has been on the Lennox School Board for nine years and recently started the Data Center Club at Lennox High School alongside his wife.
