(Bismarck, ND) — A Mandan nurse is pleading not guilty to sexually assaulting two boys at a Bismarck hospital. Prosecutors allege Lukas Turner molested two boys, aged eleven and twelve, while they were patients in the psychiatric ward at CHI St. Alexius Health Hospital in Bismarck. They say video surveillance captured the incidents and added that Turner was not assigned to the psychiatric ward on the day one of the assaults took place. The case is being ruled by North Central District Judge Todd Cresap after all 10 South Central District Court judges sought to disqualify themselves due to “undisclosed conflict.” The trial is set to begin April 27th.
