(Minot, ND) — The North Dakota Department of Transportation is placing weight restrictions on several roads. A spokesperson with Highway Patrol says the restrictions are due to softness and moisture on the roads. The weight limits will help mitigate road damage from heavy vehicles. They are being placed on several roads from Watford City to the southern border. A full list of the restrictions can be found on the ND Road Map on the state’s Department of Transportation website.
