(Sioux Falls, SD) — A woman in Sioux Falls is facing accusations of abusing a woman with special needs. Kimberly Marshall is facing one felony charge after investigators found the victim standing at a bus stop for two hours. The woman had been wearing the same diaper for longer than 24 hours and had a strong smell of urine. Investigators learned she had been left in the same diaper for more than one day on multiple occasions. Marshall was released from jail without having to pay bond.
