(Mandan, ND) — A Mandan woman is facing a suspended five-year prison sentence for drug charges. Josie White Eagle was arrested during a traffic stop for driving without a valid registration. An officer reported a smell of marijuana and upon a search of the vehicle, discovered 24 grams of meth, drug paraphernalia and over twelve-hundred dollars in cash. She was released on bond but arrested again about a month later when police found her with a scale and a bag of LSD in her clothes. She pleaded guilty to charges, cutting her service time from a possible ten years in prison in half.
