(Bismarck, ND) — A man who pleaded guilty to drug and gun charges is now facing a child sex abuse charge, too. Matthew Kramer pleaded guilty to five felonies on Thursday. The 33-year-old man was arrested on April 4th after a traffic stop when officers found him with a girl who appeared to be under 18. A search on the girl revealed she was reported missing out of Missouri in December 2024. Officers later executed a search warrant of Kramer’s home and discovered more than 83 grams of meth, a stolen pistol and more than 600 images of child sexual abuse material, known as CSAM on both of their cellphones. Kramer is set to appear in court on April 6th for the new charge.
