(Bismarck, ND) — The North Dakota Game and Fish Department has released new regulations. A video released by the department on Thursday says fishermen will now be able to use suckers as live bait starting April 1st in Devils Lake, Lake Sakakawea, Lake Oahe, Lake Audubon and others. Other changes include salmon snagging, which will run from September 20th to the end of October, from sunrise to sunset. Fishermen will also no longer need to register online for darkhouse spearfishing. The limit for white bass will increase to 30 fish daily and 60 fish in possession.
