(Lake County, SD) — A potentially dangerous parole absconder is back in custody. Zachariah Ryan was arrested Friday night in rural Lake County. The Lake County Sheriff’s Office said they received a report of a suspicious person near 465th Avenue and 223rd Street around 10:30 p.m. The man, who initially identified himself as “Clifford,” told a resident his car had broken down. A deputy later located the man nearby and confirmed he was Ryan, who was taken into custody without incident.
