(Burlington, ND) — A 60-year-old man is dead after his ATV rolled over on Sunday night. It happened near Burlington on the 72-hundred block of 87th Street Northwest around 7:30 p.m. Investigators say the man lost control of the vehicle after hitting a patch of mud and water, causing it to slide and overturn in a nearby ditch. State patrol says the rider was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. He was only identified as a Foxholm resident as authorities wait to notify next of kin.
