(Corson County, SD) — A Corson County man is pleading guilty to sexual abuse of a minor. Arthur Taken Alive III pleaded guilty on Tuesday to engaging in sexual acts with a 15-year-old while he was 22. The charges carry a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison, a 250-thousand dollar fine and a requirement to register as a sex offender. Taken Alive was indicted in May 2025. Sentencing has not yet been scheduled.
