(Bismarck, ND) — Two dogs are dead after a house fire in Bismarck. It happened on Saturday around 12:30 p.m. on Delaware Street. No one was home during the fire but the damages have displaced four people. One of the dogs was declared dead at the scene while the second died after being pulled from the home by firefighters. Detectives are looking into the cause of the fire.
